Shipping policy

Bare Forge LLC processes orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates only. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may incur additional fees.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided. For delayed or lost shipments, please contact the carrier first using the provided tracking details.

International orders (if applicable) may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
